Personal biography of Holly A. Sheriff

Holly A. Sheriff, ASPS, BBA, MSLS, is the founder of Best Virtual Paralegal LLC | (The Attorney Panic Button™) | BVP Services. Mrs. Sheriff has served as an award-winning sought-after litigation paralegal, legal educator, and coach. Before launching her company, she served as a court runner, discovery clerk, receptionist, paralegal, and law office administrator; in her paralegal firm, she serves attorneys and paralegals as a consultant, law office administrator, motivator, coach, litigation paralegal, case strategist, and legal educator. She has presented award-winning Continuing Legal Education (CLEs) on topics such as Ethics, Cybersecurity, Family Law, Personal Injury, Legal Research, and Legal Writing at a variety of legal conferences and CLE events through her company. Mrs. Sheriff is a renowned Brand and Marketing Strategist, who works with CEOs, lawyers, and solopreneurs to grow their personal and professional brands using the latest digital marketing technics. Mrs. Sheriff helps clients bring a human connection to their company’s digital presence.

Mrs. Sheriff holds 30 years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a Master of Science degree in legal studies concentration in legal research, and applied research, passed with distinction Kaplan University (now part of Purdue University Global). She is an active lifetime member of Alpha Beta Kappa, a national honor society.

She appears on podcast radio shows annually to speak about various topics affecting the paralegal profession and the legal industry. Mrs. Sheriff’s services help attorneys, paralegals, and freelance paralegals succeed in their efforts to balance business ownership and meet the demands of the legal profession.

Mrs. Sheriff resides in York, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Marcus Collins, the couples’ ESA dog, Gretta. Avid readers of nonfiction and classic literature, the couple enjoys reading in the woods away from city life. Additionally, the husband-and-wife duo enjoys photography, and all music genres, including classical and opera, which are leftover passions from Mrs. Sheriff’s youth when she studied vocal arts performing in a show choir with an orchestra.
