CIS Ombudsman: Fee Waiver Teleconference
On Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 2 pm EDT, the Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman will hold a teleconference on requests for fee waivers submitted with USCIS applications. The speakers will present on current fee waiver guidance, the revised Form I-912, the recurring eligibility challenges that USCIS customers experience, and potential solutions through USCIS Lockbox support and the Ombudsman’s Office.
