Social media is becoming the main tool for communication. According to the Pew Research Center, social networking sites have seen a nearly tenfold jump in the past decade. Many technology thought leaders believe social networking will displace traditional email as the leading communication medium and social media is fast becoming an instrumental workplace tool.  Key communications may already reside outside of the corporate email system.

This Webinar will provide insight on how organizations can tackle social media digital evidence preservation. Examples of social media preservation use cases will be discussed as well as noteworthy case law. We will also discuss a new class of social media called Location-Based Social Intelligence and the impact for e-discovery practitioners. Julie Lewis will be moderating an engaging discussion with Brandon Gregg representing the corporate investigator perspective, as well as Ignatius Grande and Scott Malouf representing the legal practitioner outlook.
