This full day training will cover the basics of defending a foreclosure case through litigation. Sessions will include information on filing the answer, issues with and possible solutions to filing of late answers, when and how to file orders to show cause, opposing summary judgment motions, the basics of discovery practice, and a roundtable discussion of possible strategies to overcome roadblocks during the settlement conference.
