Stephanie Yuzzi

Ms. Yuzzi has over two years experience managing residential purchase and refinance
lender transactions. Her Paralegal responsibilities include drafting loan
documents, including HUD-1 Settlement Statements, Aztech Recognition Agreements,
and Estoppel Letters. She also prepares UCC-1 Financing Statements, UCC-3 Terminations,
and Closing Documents.

Ms. Yuzzi received
a Paralegal Certificate of Distinction from the Queens College Paralegal
Program. She was also awarded the Real Estate Appraisers Scholarship, and the
Barbara Grossman Scholarship.
