Too much of our time is often spent on finding qualified legal vendors locally or around the globe, rather than on billable activities. Wading through countless Google search results, with no assurance that the person or company being hired is qualified, reputable and will charge a reasonable rate, is time consuming, inefficient and ineffective. MyLegal.com is the first to offer lawyers and paralegals a resource that aggregates all of the information we’re looking to find – products or services anywhere in the world, written reviews from other lawyers and paralegals, along with exclusive discounts and special deals.
Searching on MyLegal.com to find a vendor is simple. Just enter the product or service you’re looking for to get the listings of matching vendors. MyLegal.com integrates Google Places to return all vendors within a 100-mile radius, returning the results in order of location, ratings and reviews, and whether the vendor is offering a discount or special deal. If five or fewer results are returned, a Google Map appears to supplement the listings. You can also search for the name of a specific vendor. There is no fee to search the Legal Vendor Directory.
Currently, there are over 120 service categories that can be found on MyLegal.com, including trial consultants, business valuations, process servers, court reporters, document management, office supplies, mediation, continuing legal education, to name just a few.
As an Affiliate of MyLegal.com, the NYCPA hosts on its website the MyLegal.com vendor search widget. The widget also includes a vendor sign-up link, making it easy for our favorite vendor to obtain a 20% discount to get listed.
