Cynthia Bynum Personal Bio
Cynthia is a paralegal in the White Collar Crime Unit for the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office and is the principal owner of CJB Management, LLC and serves as its Executive Director. As such she supports and provides service solutions that enhance the success of business leaders and the people they serve.
Cynthia graduated cum laude having earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and Business Information Systems from DeVry University. She is also a graduate of Emory’s Paralegal Studies Program. She is presently a graduate student in Fordham University’s Executive MBA program
Cynthia is an Executive Board Member of the New York City Paralegal Association, serving as Vice President and Chairperson of the Membership Committee and she is the past Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Committee Chairperson for the Gate City Bar Association’s Paralegal Section. Within these roles she has contributed to the growth in membership to NYCPA, coordinated professional development, state outreach and speakers for several events.
Additionally, Cynthia is Chair of the Empire State Alliance of Paralegal Associations where she contributes leadership and expertise to support initiatives that develop working relationships with local bar associations, paralegal associations and other law-related entities and business environments to advance the paralegal profession.
Her affiliations include the New York City Paralegal Association, Fordham University, Institute of Paralegal Education (IPE), Emory Alumni Association, DeVry University Alumni Network.
