To coincide with publication of their collection, Affordable Housing in New York: The People, Places, and Policies That Transformed a City, co-editors Nicholas D. Bloom and Matthew G. Schwartz, Professor at Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at the New School, and Director of the Milano School’s Urban Policy Lab.

Nicholas D. Bloom, associate professor of social science and director of the Urban Administration program, New York Institute of Technology; and Matthew G.
