Shana Pederson has been a legal placement consultant since 2000. She has placed candidates of all levels, including attorneys, paralegals, compliance officers, temporary staff, litigation support managers and analysts in top corporations, financial institutions and law firms. Prior to joining PeterSan Legal Temps, Shana was Managing Director of the Permanent Paralegal division of a NYC staffing firm, and before that Shana was a Senior Placement Director with a Top 5 international staffing agency.

Shana earned her Bachelor of Fine Art, magna cum laude, from Hunter College, with a focus in painting and installation art. She enjoys painting, photography, bike tours and traveling. Shana lives in New Jersey with her husband and son.
