Since 2005, Oliver has been an active writer for various publications. With topics ranging from more general paralegal issues to highly litigation specific ones, Oliver has always been able to draw on and share his vast personal experience in areas such as handling of foreign language documents, electronic discovery, and contract attorney supervision, to name a few. Oliver has also given presentations and participated in panel discussions at conferences in New York and Washington, DC. In addition to being involved in the interviewing and mentoring of new hires, Oliver has participated in the preparation and presentation of internal paralegal training seminars ranging from complex litigation case management, trial preparation, technology-related issues of the litigation process, the interaction between paralegals and litigation support staff, to the efficient use of the firm's document management system.
