KEISHA D. HUDSON

Keisha Hudson is an attorney, recruiter, educator and job search strategy consultant. She is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati College of Law in Ohio & currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

It was always Keisha’s desire to pursue a non-traditional legal career where she could apply her business development skills within the legal industry. Subsequently, she was hired to open the Columbus, Ohio office of a national legal staffing firm. There she was responsible for all marketing, business development and recruiting of all types of legal professionals. She later relocated to Atlanta with the company. As a successful legal recruiter she has extensive knowledge of the hiring practices of firms and corporations.

Keisha recently joined Cambridge Partners as a Director of Attorney Recruiting. She also has her own business, KD Hudson Consulting (www.kdhudsonconsulting.com) that counsels individuals on career strategies and professional development including interviewing training and job search action plans. The company also offers resume and cover letter writing services. Specifically, Keisha has developed a niche for creating job search documents for entry-level paralegals and career-changers. Lastly, Keisha is an adjunct paralegal instructor at Atlanta Technical College. She has taught courses in Torts, Introduction to Law and Law Office Management.

Keisha frequently presents to audiences on topics relating to job search strategies including resume writing, interviewing and alternative legal careers. Specifically Keisha has been a featured speaker for organizations such as The Atlanta Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, The Minority Corporate Counsel Association and The Georgia Association of Black Women Lawyers.
